The Clubhouse
The clubhouse, built in 2018, quickly became the heart of the Chatham Hills community. The 62,000 square foot clubhouse features indoor/outdoor swimming, a 2-story fitness center, private gymnasium, a 4-lane bowling alley, 2 indoor golf simulators, two delectable dining options: private meeting and event spaces. Our staff is eager to provide superlative service ensuring every person that enters the club feels like a member.
