30 min. Cycle/ 30 min. Strength   « Back   iCal Export   Print

The class will be divided between the cycle studio and aerobics room. Half the class will cycle for 30 minutes while the other half strength trains for 30 minutes. Members will switch rooms at the end of 30 minutes. This will be a total body class and tons of fun!
