| As a small boutique building company, we only build a handful of homes a year in order to offer our clients the personal attention that their homes deserve. It's the attention to detail that sets us apart from the others. As a 20+ year building veteran in Indianapolis, Scott is also personally involved in every job from start to finish. Pre-Contruction Significant preparation is involved up front with lot walks, inspirational conversations, and meetings with the design team and architect. This helps create a nice transition into the build. Construction We take pride in a very hands-on aprroach from Scott, the owner, throughout the entire planning and build process. In addition, we have a great veteran team and process to support our clients throughout the build that fosters communication and makes projects fun!
