Joe Garcia, owner of G&G Custom Homes, started building homes long before the doors of G&G Custom Homes, Inc. opened in 2003. After seven years in the Steel Mills of Gary, Ind., he made the move to Eli Lilly and Company. Acting as a project manager and engineer at both companies gave him a unique opportunity to focus on quality control standards. In 2001, armed with this eye for detail and his engineering background, Joe launched his career by building his own home. He immediately recognized that he had both a talent and a passion for the building process.

Joe takes the same standards he adhered to in the pharmaceutical and steel industries to the homes he builds today. He combines a youthful and innovative approach with a seasoned sensibility for his craft. For Joe, sacrificing quality is never an option. He and his wife, Mindy, take great pride in the relationships they have built with their customers and the knowledge that they create a superior product.

Joe is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Joe Serves on the Builders Association Board of Directors and is the Current 2014 President of the Board.
