Summer has arrived at Chatham Hills and the community unfolds with excitement as life picks up pace - from tennis and aquatics to golf and social activities, Members are taking advantage of all that Chatham Hills has to offer.
After months of planning and a review process with the City of Westfield, we are excited to be breaking ground over the next few months in Chatham Village! With the upcoming release of new homesites in Chatham Village along with lake-life amenities, family and friends are eager to put down roots in the Chatham Hills community. The Village will feel inviting and warm with its classic front porch living and quaint architecture, tree-lined streetscapes and a limited number of home settings overlooking the future 10+ acre lake (also approved to have your own pier for paddle boats!) in the heart of the village.

Village Main Entrance
The entrance to Chatham Village is located directly across from the existing Chatham Hills Blvd. main entrance. As seen in the rendering above, this entry will feature beautiful landscaping at both the entrance and along the other side of Tomlinson.
Chatham Village will include 50'-90' residential lots consisting of village-style and single family homes. The village will include a 10+ acre lake and a 6+ acre lake for light boating, kayaks, paddle boards and fishing. Quaint village-style homes with lovely front porch living and beautiful custom homes on the lake will be available. Future green spaces, lake amenity center, outdoor pool feature, and retail & office space will also be a popular part of Chatham Village living!

Lakeside will include 70' lots on and off the main Village lake. This beautiful custom, single family home section will include a limited number of waterfront lots allowing the home owner to enjoy gorgeous lake views and have potential walk-out basements and personal docks for light boating.
These lots and lake have been staked and tours are NOW AVAILABLE!
Old Town Design Group, Sigma Builders, and Wedgewood Building Company are the preferred builders you may select from when building in Lakeside. The 70' lot prices will range between the $150s-$250s. The majority of these lots are 70' wide and 130' deep. Lots + Homes will range between the $600s-$850s+. Every lot in this section is just a quick walk or bike ride to the Village green space, lake amenity center, and shopping. The Chatham Hills Clubhouse is also a quick walk or golf cart ride away!

Additional Village Lot Sections
The Village will also include 50' lots featuring classic "Main Street" architecture for relaxing front porch living settings, alley-loading garages, and low maintenance yards. These homes will range between the $450s-$600s+.
The 90' lot section will include single family homes with rolling settings and mature treescapes. Homes will range between the $750s-$1m+.

We know so many of our current members are already on the interest list for the village; however, a Sport and Social Membership to The Club at Chatham Hills is included with your purchase of a new home or home site in Chatham Village for those who are not existing members.
