Located in the heart of Westfield, Indiana, Chatham Hills is the premier private golf community in Hamilton County & features the final masterpiece designed and built by legendary golf course architect Pete Dye. Pete was a lifelong Indiana resident who lived just 10 minutes away; making Chatham Hills a deeply personal project for him and the culmination of his extraordinary career. This was his final "time in the dirt," his favorite aspect of creating golf courses. Chatham Hills is the only private club in Indiana to have hosted two back-to-back Division I collegiate golf events, the NCAA DI Women's Regional in 2023 and the Mid-American Conference (MAC) DI Men's Golf Conference Championship in 2024, both of which featured national and internationally ranked top collegiate athletes.
Set on one of the most unique and rolling landscapes on the Northside of Indianapolis, Chatham Hills offers a private club lifestyle focused on exceptional member services and world-class amenities. Chatham Hills was the selected location of the premier Indianapolis Custom Home Show, Home-A-Rama, presented by the Builders Association in 2016, 2018, 2022 and was recently named host of the 2025 show, which will feature the final section of homesites.

At the heart of Chatham Hills is a stunning 65,000 square foot clubhouse, offering fitness facilities, indoor basketball court, bowling alley, indoor and outdoor aquatics, tennis, pickleball, and access to the Monon Trail, among other recreational options. The storied property also holds deep historical significance, once home to original settlers from North Carolina. Their legacy is reflected in various features throughout the club, including the unique stone formations of the historic Lindley Farmstead barn. The colors and craftsmanship pay homage to the Lindley family and other Quaker settlers who came from Chatham County, North Carolina, seamlessly blending history with modern luxury.

Pete Dye's Legacy - Championship Golf at Chatham Hills
Chatham Hills is the final golf course designed and built by legendary architect Pete Dye, where he showcased his true mastery. Known for preferring hands-on construction over detailed plans, Pete was deeply involved in shaping every green, bunker, fairway, and tee box - often moving them mere inches during the process. He spent countless hours on-site, relishing the camaraderie of the build and perfecting every moment. Pete's wife, Alice Dye, originally from Indiana and the Indiana Women's Amateur champion, played a significant role as well, adjusting cart paths and adding new challenges. The two spent their lives in Indiana raising their children, building their company, and leaving a lasting legacy on the game of golf -- especially in Indiana and at the heart of Chatham Hills. Together they celebrated the course's opening with inaugural tee shots on Hole #10, both landing in the middle of the fairway.

Set in a stunning landscape, Chatham Hills blends natural beauty with challenging play, continuing to evolve with ongoing investments, and remains a premier golfing destination in Indiana.
